Weight training and its benefits

Weight training is so important when wanting to get in shape & healthy because increasing muscle mass is the only way to boost your metabolism. There's so many reasons I would advise strength training. 
Having muscle mass can help manage blood sugar levels because your muscles store glucose it's known to keep your blood pressure in the clear.. This is important for those with type 2 diabetes. 
Weight training can help protect your brain, keep you smart and have better memory.
It is also great for your bones and joints. It's one of the best ways to prevent or reverse bone density loss. Which is great for those with arthritis try it out might help ease joint pain! 
But most important it keeps you healthy and looking good! Girls don't ever think that lifting heavy will make you bulky and manly looking cause it won't!
